In October 2024, there was an average of 237 minutes of total identified viewing per day, slightly higher than in September at 230 minutes.


The monthly viewing summary includes the monthly reach and share of viewing for broadcaster groups and SVOD/AVOD services that account for more than 0.5% of total identified viewing.

  

Drama favourites proved popular once again with Ludwig, Nightsleeper and Showtrial on BBC One. DI Ray, Joan, Coronation Street and Emmerdale on ITV1. The Hardacres and All Creatures Great And Small on Paramount. The Penguin and Sweetpea on Sky.


Popular entertainment shows in October included Strictly Come Dancing, Great British Bake Off, Only Connect and Antiques Roadshow on BBC One. Married at First Sight, Taskmaster and Gogglebox on Channel 4. Phillip Schofield Cast Away on Channel 5.

  

Over on the SVOD services, viewers tuned in for Only Murders in the Building, Agatha All Along, Rivals, Doctor Odyssey and 9-1-1 on Disney+. Nobody Wants This, Heartstopper, Capital and Sing: Thriller on Netflix. The Grand Tour, The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, and Nautilus on Amazon, plus Tulsa King on Paramount+.
